My PhD thesis – LaTeX compilation after 15 years
Now, after 15 years, I have been able to compile the LaTeX sources using the MacTeX-2009 distribution. I had to make some minor changes (e. g., the conversion of all PostScript images to PNG with the ImageMagick package), but all-in-all I have to say that it was worth the time I invested now. The result is a tiny 5 MByte PDF, and the great fun I’ve had diving back into the world of typesetting with LaTeX.
